Front wall
Curtain wall system with thermal break.
A system of light facade MC-WALL. The mullion and transom width is 55mm.
A vertical mullion and horizontal transoms held together with the use of stainless steel pin joints or brackets. 3 connectors 6mm from stainless steel for each joint ensure a very good load carrying capacity of transom mullion, both against wind and the weight of glazing unit.
Transoms insulated with thermal break rolled and pushed by Eko-Plast during the manufacture process of profiles. This eliminates the possibility of problems resulting from on-site installation of thermal break. This is an integrated transom thermal break solution.
In the case of straight curtain wall elements, the system has the advantage of rapid on-site installation of wall. The option exists for building a slightly facet-shaped curtain wall using a screw for fixing transoms. The thermal isolator pressed on transoms and mullions is made of hard plastic that ensures a tight seal and thermal insulation.
The complete system may be finished on the outside with the use of masking decorative beads. Besides this the traditional front wall with horizontally and vertically protruding lines can also be used to construct a semi-structural front wall, whereby with the use of these lines the outside of the front wall shows only horizontal glazing beads distinguished by such lines.

Application:
- Straight and slightly facet-shaped curtain walls are especially suitable for small and large office buildings. Semi-structural front wall with horizontal masking beads which form a line. Used for installing in walkways between buildings.
